IP is a very exciting field and often a business-critical asset for many companies.
It can be complex, but very enjoyable, and I also get to meet so many interesting, wise, and usually delightful people. I find it particularly exciting to work at the intersection of IP and the customer’s business, understanding how, through strategic IP management, they can mitigate risks, become more profitable, and gain better insights into their competitors. I am truly passionate about our vision that all companies should understand and secure their intangible assets – in the way that best suits the customer, based on their conditions and market.
Background
Maja is the company’s CEO. She holds a Master of Science in Engineering and works with the company’s business development, HR, and finance. She has previously worked as a management consultant, project manager, and land development engineer.
Maja has served as Chair of the organization Samhällsbyggarna (Swedish Association of Building and Land Professionals) and as a board member of the national board for Lean Forum Bygg. She is currently active as a board member of Malmö Börssällskap and sits on the General Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Southern Sweden.
