What motivates me most is guiding clients through critical situations by delivering strategic IP advice—navigating disputed issues and potential infringements to maximize commercial value while minimizing legal and business risks.
Background
Maria is a legal counsel who focuses primarily on disputes within our core practice areas: patent, trademark, design, copyright, and marketing law. She also specializes in contract law and international commercial IP strategy. Prior to joining us, Maria spent many years as a senior legal counsel at the corporate level for a Swedish publicly listed company, focusing on global IP litigation and disputes.
Maria is an Authorised Swedish Patent Attorney, Authorized Swedish IP Attorney, and a European Trademark and Design Attorney. She serves as a deputy board member on the Swedish Patent Attorneys Board (Patentombudsnämnden). Maria is one of our specialists in dispute resolution, commercial contracts, and GDPR.
