Background
Viveka is an authorized Swedish and European Patent Attorney with extensive experience working with growing small and medium-sized enterprises, particularly within the fields of mechanics, electronics, and physics. She is also an authorized European Design Attorney and a member of FICPI, among other organizations.
She handles intellectual property matters such as prior art and freedom-to-operate searches, drafting and prosecution of patent applications, IP strategies, infringement issues, and design protection. Viveka is also an experienced lecturer and educator on IP considerations for newly established businesses.
